Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy at Try Shop Online includes FREE SHIPPING for US customers. If you have a question on a specific product please contact us through our contact us form. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO. Upon placing an order, a tracking number will be provided once it becomes available. Depending on the product, items typically take between 3-10 days to arrive unless otherwise stated.

If your product does not arrive after your tracking number indicates that the item was delivered, please double check the address you provided during checkout. If the address is correct, please reach out to us so we can investigate the issue. If the problem was due to an error on our end, we will reship the product and offer you a discount code for your next order or provide a store credit or refund as appropriate.
Return & Exchange Policy
Try Shop Online offers free returns within 30 days. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, please send us videos, pictures, and detailed descriptions of the problem. If you wish to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request without any cancellation fees. However, if a cancellation fee is necessary, we will inform you beforehand and seek your approval.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days, and the products must be in their original packaging, unused and in a resalable condition unless it is due to a defect. Video and/or photo evidence along with description of the issue may be required to return a product.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that were purchased due to buyers' remorse, incorrect selection of size, product choices or incorrect delivery addresses. Please refer to the sizing chart for clothing to ensure that you are ordering the correct size. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to help if you have any questions or concerns.
